28 pin ic bender/spacer

Made a mistake in eagle had to make a quick fix. Fastest and cheapest solution a part that makes it possible to bend an DIP28 ic socket with long legs to an DIL28. Disclaimer not the prettiest solution! I will check my work twice next time!
