T1 Gearhead Extruder + 2040 Vslot Plate

Needed a version of the extruder mounted to my X carriage plate, so I merged the two together in OpenSCAD and printed one.
This requires a Nema17 geared stepper motor, and is designed around hobbed gears that are around 12mm diameter. Since most useful geared Nema17s have 8mm shafts, you're looking for an 8mm ID/11.4mm OD gear.
I have successfully used it with both 5:1 geared steppers and 14:1.
Other things required:
A 608zz bearing for the idler with something to act as a central sh
