Beefed up Mono/Wanhao i3v2 Drag Chain Riser

The original was a little weak. Mine snapped on me. I filled in the missing section of the top runner and added fillet material inside at the joint. Should beef it up nicely. I will add a picture once I print it out tomorrow. (printing something else just now)
