Derby Car Wheel 2.0

Made a slight edit to the previous derby car wheel, as when testing the whole side of the wheel would grind against the car. So a little space was added to keep the whole side of the wheel from grinding on the car to reduce friction. Designed and Modeled by Stephen T. W.
