Wide Z holder for Prusa Mendel Adjustable Z-opto end stop

Since I needed to move my prusa opto switch down to add a yet unposted feature and I have a wide opto switch PCB I needed a wider holder than was in the Prusa Mendel Adjustable Z-opto end stop. So I hacked this together.
