Revised spool holder for Prusa i3

I liked the idea iof iPadNanito's holder, but it didn't fit neither my printer, nor the filaments I'm using. So I created new one from scratch, but keeping the original idea.

The _Axis_ part is optional, intended to be put into the paper spools used by Prusa Research filaments.
