Deltaprintr Hotend Retainer with wire pass thru

Unlike matschi version I ran my hotend wires through the J-head slots of the effector plate. I now know this was a mistake but I didn't feel like rewiring so i opened up his retainer to allow wires through.

I had an issue with the retained getting pushed up by the wires so I printed a retaining clip as well (hotend_retainer_clip.stl).
