TeaTime with stand

Added stand and sides. It is the wrong size and I am going to fix it so it matches teatime size.

I fixed the size to match the author's original size. I widened the tray to fit a tea bag.

Print with support and food grade materials.

(If I'm lucky, @bbdums will fix it up for me so it looks nice.)
