filament roll clip works

The problem with clips that attach to the roll on the outside is they preclude stacking the rolls. The problem with off the roll clips is they don't work because they are not anchored to the roll and the one loop that is connected can unwind backwards. Here is my version that is friction anchored to the roll INSIDE so stacking is not precluded and it won't unwind. It should work fine till the roll is pretty empty.
