Unbreakable Sanguinololu Holder

Same style as Prusa's original Sanguinololu holder, but uses my 'pushclamp' design to avoid stress fractures in the throat of the clevis.

Pretty self-explanatory I hope :)

Attach M3 screw and nut as shown to avoid damage to PCB once installed.
