Tarot TL250 Motor tilt 10-4 degrees for 2204 Motors

The design include :
* one pair front motor mount
* one pair back motor mount
* 10 deg forward and 4 deg inside tilt
* motor size : 22
* cable outlet
* captive nut, M2.5
* mark on the top to distinguish the front and back
* 10 deg calibration stand (optional, can use special 10 deg landing gear)

Tested with 2204 Tarot motor.
