Backer Rod Insert Tool

I need to replace the expansion joints in my driveway, and I was looking at tools to evenly roll backer rod in before I seal the joints. The tools range in cost from $30 to $70 and I thought I could make something that would more or less do the same job.

Some hardware needs to be purchased to make this a reality, the holes are 5mm. Some washers will help reduce drag, or you could print the included spacers.
