Chinese Torture Puzzle Box

3D printable version of the [Chinese Torture](http://homepage.ntlworld.com/bruce.viney/Chinese%20Torture%20T-Plans2.pdf) puzzle box. For the outer panels I cleaned up the 'Chinese Dragon Coin' and combined it in Meshmixer.

Update: added base_outer2.stl after it was pointed out in the comments that it was missing!
