Duplicator i3 e3d v6 adapter

This adapter is for the e3d v6 to fit onto a Wanhao Duplicator i3, Cocoon Create, Monoprice Maker Select. It should work on v1, v2 and v2.1

Completely rebuilt but inspired by Piggyjj's model.

This one includes 4 holes for the e3d clamp, i found the original design was making the hotend tilt a bit to the side. Also, it includes 3 prongs to use for the belts instead of the original screw/bolt system. The bolts have problems flexing when the belt is tightened and pulling on them, which works
