Pole Foot (wargaming widget)

A foot for a pole in wargaming terrain, such as the legs of a water tower. The neck has been sized to accept a 10mm dowel but has comfortable tolerances so it should work slightly smaller or larger (~9mm--11mm). This can be printed easily with no supports.
