Propane Tank Hanger (wargaming widget)

This is a very basic hanger for zoppis' very nice [propane tank](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:360893) to hang it from the side of a structure. They work well for 28mm or larger modeling/gaming. I was able to print this without supports and only have to do minimal cleanup of some loose drooping layers on the top of the circular arm. Your mileage may vary.
