Ultimaker 2 PTFE tube holder (1.75mm)

I created a part to hold the 4 mm PTFE tube (for 1.75mm filament) on my aluminium Ultimaker 2 head. You need 2 M3x8 swrews and 2 M3 nuts. Feel free to modificate and improve it.
