Simple mount for BondTech QR Extruder for Rostock Max V2

This is a simple clamp mount for the BondTech QR Extruder which allows attaching it to the stock extruder mount arm on the Rostock Max V2 printer. No metal inserts are needed. I used #6 screws, washers and nylock nuts.

Update 06/11/16 - I reworked this with a thinner "bridge" between the clamp and the base. I printed this with the flexible filament from Zen Toolworks. This modification reduces the noise significantly.
