Hoover WindTunnel Wheel Axle Repair

This is the second Hoover vacuum (different models, but both WindTunnel) I've seen with this same problem - the wheel axle runs through a plastic tube which is not supported at top. Over time and stress of vacuuming on multiple surfaces, going up and down stairs, etc. this plastic will crack, allowing wheel to rub against housing. This makes vacuum stop rolling. If you can push up on wheel and it rubs on housing, this is the problem.
Fix is simple, remove the c-clip holding axle in, pull off
