Created the basic shapes in OpenScad, then subtracted the screw recess and the hole for the mounting piece in Tinkercad. I haven't checked the hole clearance for the adjustment screw that goes in the bottom, and I chose to omit the lightening cuts around the mount (which is where these always break!)
Might be best printed out of Nylon filament, which requires an all-metal hot-end.
