OrdBot Z-axis spacer

This is a spacer designed to lift a wades extruder up 30mm on an Ordbot to give greater printing height.
I have also incorporated a 40mm fan mount at the front the idea being that it will cool the hot end shaft and the be redirected down onto the print job. I have made it so you can turn it upside down if the fan is a bit too low for your hot end. Fits well with a Greg Frost Wades and a J-Head Mk V.
