QuadQwopter frame

You need:
* 8 motor mounts
* 4 ESC mounts
* 1 top
* 1 bottom
* 16 m3x12 screws
* 13 m3x15 (or longer) screws
* 13 m3 locknuts
* enough 8mm carbon tubes to make 4 arms of desired length
