1602 LCD Bezel

This is a remix of [Panel Mount 16x2 LCD Bezel](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:651963) by [TheMakersWorkbench](https://www.thingiverse.com/TheMakersWorkbench) because it didn't fit my particular 1602 LCD. I increased the size by 1mm in both directions (x and y), added a small chamfer to the frame, made the LCD opening a bit more narrow and added pins for the PCB.
