GT2 Belt Anchor

Remixed from scratch of the belt clamp by KVerb. Due to my carriage design I needed workarounds and lost some print area. The anchor is designed to work around M3 x 15 cap head screws (I accidently ordered 500 of the little buggers). As you can see from the sampler, the head sits flush on the underside or can be used as the core pin if it breaks.
