Customizable Locking Clip for IKEA SAMLA storage box

A customizable version of [roeheib](http://www.thingiverse.com/rohieb/about)'s excellent IKEA Samla box clip. It allows the length, text and font to be changed. I add nothing except for making the file compatible with Customizer.

I also had to inline files from the [obiscad](https://github.com/Obijuan/obiscad/) as customizer only allows a single STL file with no usages.
