Frontdoor Flashforge Dreamer

I designed this frontdoor for the old Flashforge Dreamer with the smoked glass.I never understand why they make smoked glass in the past for these printers.Now they are making it with clear glass.

Clear glass is PMMA 3mm.You can lasercut this material very good.

Lasercut the outside contour,holes D7.1mm for magnetholders and holes D3.5mm for hinges.Engrave with lasercutter the Flashforge text.

3D print the magnetholders and the top and bottom hinges.
Magnetholders pressfit in holes D7.
