This thing is inspired from this one: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:999840. I had the same problem as i just bought a diamond hot end for my hephestos prusa I3.
He gave me the idea of recycling some stuffs i had at home:
* a curtain rail for the main support
* copper pipes for the axis
* PVC pipes for the rollers.
To give other the possibility to do the same with little work i designed it customizable with OpenSCAD. You may be able to customize it for stuffs you have already
