Itty Bitty Double Extruder Fan Shroud

I wasn't a huge fan (no pun intended) of the cooling arrangement on the Itty Bitty Double Flex Extruder V2. So I made some sacrifices and came up with this. This deletes the part cooling fan (so may not be what most people want) but I expect I will update this part further in the future to include part cooling fan mounting options as well.
