You have to remove the Lens of the camera module. The Image is directly projected to the sensor.
With a 0.3x Reduction Lens (with C-Mount) you can adapt this to you stereo microscope Eye-Piece, Camera Mount or telescope.
The C-Mount Thread (1-32 UN 2A) is also printed and fits perfect when printed with PLA a
