Kossel Mechanical + Magnetic Ball joint effector and carriage

I don't think I am the only one who experienced "flying" magnetic effector. I search the web and only found comments on the strength of the magnet. I think it can be completely avoid only if the strength of the magnet is greater than the force of the stepper motor.
