Platform for Mini Rover

I used the H-couplers to design a back-mounting platform for the mini rover to allow for mounting of the battery and an upper level for the Arduino and associated components.

I did not design the H-coupler, just added a platform on top of two of them. All credit goes to Kepler, for his awesome little rover.
