Makerfarm Webcam mount for Microsoft Lifecam Show

A webcam mount for a [Microsoft Lifecam Show](https://www.microsoft.com/hardware/en-au/d/lifecam-show) which attaches to the build plate of a MakerFarm i3v or Pegasus 3D printer.

The advantage of having the webcam mounted to the build plate is that the view of the part remains stationary on printers where Y axis motion is achieved by moving the build plate.

The mount is based on [HoffmanEngineering's mount](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1258430) with variants for:
