Knob / Pointer for Bowden Extruder Stepper Motor

A small knob/pointer to put on the stepper motor shaft of your extruder stepper motor(s). It provides an easy view of the movement of the stepper motor and filament.

I have been using these for a couple months and find them very helpful to see what the stepper motors are doing during a print. It is especially useful when multiple extruders are running.

There are two styles here; one with a flat knob face, and one with a raised pointer on the face. I printed two of the flat-face type
