Razor Tube Cutter

In my business, I need to cut precise lengths of heat-shrink tubing, with nice clean, straight ends. I looked at all the tubing cutter designs here on Thingiverse, and the good ones all require hardware like springs and bolts. I wanted one that can use the same single-edge razor blades used in razor scrapers, and no other hardware.
