E3D V6 Upgrade for Geeetech Pro-B & Similar

I've designed a nice little extruder mount for the E3D V6 (or clone) that also allows for a fan shroud expansion and more. Clockwise extruder setup, mirror parts for anticlockwise.
I've also included redesigns of the entire X axis so you can just print this entire batch of files off for your printer.

The fan mount is for a 40mm fan, it was originally an entire shroud but there have been some complications!
