Printrbot Simple Metal LCD Mount for X-Axis Upgrade

After seeing the Printrbot Simple LCD Case (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1612108) posted recently, I was inspired to finally try my hand at mashing a few of my favorite accessories for the Printrbot together.

These files include the LCD holder with the x-axis upgrade feet, instead of the original risers and a screen cover without any text. I also tried to remove any extra material that isn't necessary to speed up printing time.
