HIC prusa i3 18mm probe mount

With the original design I found on here (don't have the link, sorry) my 18mm diameter probe w/ 12mm range was too close to the bed so I had to use an offset in the software/gcode to get it to work correctly.

This hack allows the probe to be mounted higher up so the endstop can be physically moved to the correct "0" point without fooling with offsets.

It doesn't really support a fan duct (I said it was a hack..) - I've been printing ABS exclusively and haven't needed it.
