Ever tried converting a Hot-End from Bowden Tube to Direct Drive?
We did this for a customer with a Robo3D and found that with our E3D clone hot-ends, having removed the tube fitting, the print would fail because on retraction the PTFE (Teflon) tube lining the barrel would be pulled upwards because the tube fitting was no longer holding it in place.
So we designed and printed this little spacer to screw in to the top of the hot-end, holding the PTFE tube in place. Problem solved!
It has a top
