Full size tape dispenser

I was inspired by jag's awesome tape dispenser and the new giant build platform of the Replicator to make a full size tape dispenser.

This is definitely a work in progress at the moment.

The only problem I envisioned with scaling up jag's idea was the weight (or lack thereof) of the dispenser. So I made room for something we all have lying around, AA batteries.

The idea is that you insert 6 used AA batteries into the bottom of the dispenser to act as the sand or metal weights normally
