Fan Controller Hub V1 - 5 fan support

As most, I print a lot of addons for my 3D printer. One of the latest is a dual nozzle head with two fans for the heat-sink and an extra fan for the fan duct. I don't want my fan to be always on and want to easily control the speed and ON/OFF state of each fan separately.

So, I ordered five potentiometers with buttons, five switches (ON/OFF) and five LED's of 3mm each. I want to connect each fan to one of the pot's and LED's. So switching the fan on will enable the potentiometer and LED (cont
