Anti Z wobble plus

After installing these on my Prusa i3 http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1335013
I dint get results that were as good as I wanted them to be so i made this to improve it and it works great.

To assemble this you need to print 2*2 and glue them 90° rotated to each other.
I designed this for m8 threaded rods but they will probably also work well on smaller diameters.
