Blade 230s tail boom slotting jig

This is a blade 230s tail boom slotting jig. put one peace of the jig on each end of the tail boom after boom is cut to length. then snap the jig down flat to the work bench. this will align the holes for the slots.

K&S #9807 aluminium tubes are used for the new boom. cost is about $4 for two tubes shipped. drill the 3/32 hole through both sides of the tube. Drill the larger 1/8 hole through one side only. then use a dremel tool to cut the hole to the end of the boom making the 3 slots. the
