Minion Body RemixSquared - 60mm Fan Mount

A slightly remixed version of the Minion Body Remix by glmoulton (which was a remix of the Minion Ramps 1.4 for mostly printed cnc multitool by technomastermind).

I've built on what glmoulton did (added extra holes for split loom cable entry and adapted the mounting for v-slot) by removing the 2 x 40mm rear fan mounts and putting a single 60mm on the top of the ramps portion (as per spauda01's ramps enclosure which is what I based the fan grille on).
