Soyuz, not remotely to scale. I totally eyeballed it. Based mainly on the Soyuz used in the Soyuz-Apollo Test Project, without the docking mechanism.
Sorry for the inaccuracies, I just did this for fun and I'm no expert on Russian spacecraft.
