Bowden Extruder Mount for PSM

This Thing is a Bowden mount for the acclaimed E3D Titan extruder on top of the Printrbot Simple Metal. Its orientation allows the filament to be drawn from an overhead rack, a standalone spool holder set behind the printer, or mgx's awesome spool holder (visible in these pictures), found here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:846520
