Makerfarm i3v - MB Plus HotEnd mount.

I purchased an MB Plus hotend (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:637748) as I tragically broke my E3DV6 and wanted to try something new. Since I could not get it mounted to my X carriage and couldn't find any designs to get this mounted on my printer, I had to come up with my own design.

I made two designs, one has arms that go into the X backplate and one without the arms and instead M3 nut and bolt slots so you can use the original wooden arms. The design with the arms will print just fine w
