Bike Trainer Wall Mount

I've had good use of the [Sawhorse hooks](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:350119) which is still going strong so I created a wall bracket to get the Bike Trainer out of the way too.

The dimension of the round bar on the trainer is just about 2''/50mm and the rubber ends measure about 2-3/4''/70mm.

I included the FreeCAD file for you to mock with if you want to change things or improve it.
