Webcam Stand for Logitech QuickCam S5500, Eyeball Camera

I needed a stand to mount my Logitech webcam to my printer so I could keep an eye on the prints. This is mounted to a Folgertech Prusa i3 2020 variant, but it can mount to any 2020 aluminum beam frame printer. It mounts to the rail with two 3mm or 4mm screws.
