The bearings on my Y idler pulley are shot big time and my 3D store is taking forever to get a replacement. I designed this to get me by although I know it's not going to last a long time. Two files because I used some Lubriplate between the sleeve and pulley so had to have it apart anyhow. White lithium should work fine... I added one flat washer between the hex screw and sleeve (right hand side looking down) and two washers on the left between the sleeve and bracket on the front cross member.
