Domed Lamp Knob for Desk Lamp 6mm

This is a remix of GeorgeH's design, which is itself a remix of NickAmes' design. The only modifications I made were to adjust the inner hole to be a 6mm wide cylinder and to provide more inner space for parts of the lamp such that the dome can slide all the way on to the lamp.
